This week's layouts!

Hi there,
Just a quick note to post these photos of my recent work this week...I just spent about 6 hours trying to remove this nasty trojan virus on my computer, it just kept coming back! Grrr...well, after getting over my regedit fears, I jumped in and I *think* I have gotten rid of it....I'll do another scan before I go to bed :)

I had all of these plans tonight, to get chores done around the house for the move, get some Whimsy pins finished, do laundry...but I was determined to get RID of the virus... Things like that irk me to no end!

Anyway, here are the layouts...3 are Sassafras (of course!) and the one of Seymour is K&C paper and diecuts (such a fun line!)

New Sassafras!!! CHA 2009 Summer

Sassafras has just released some sneak peaks of their new CHA releases and I want them all! So bright and funky...just how I like my scrapbook paper! tee hee

A House of Color...

People often comment on the bold colors I use in my scrapbooking, and so I thought I would share a glimpse into my living space....so you can see the trend LOL

I'm feeling a bit sentimental about my little townhouse, now that the plan is in place to move to Halifax (yay!) It has been my sanctuary, my little house of color since 2005.

I'm absolutely giddy with anticipation and excitement to move and be with my Sweetie full time...but I just had to take some photos of "Candyland" (as my brother in law calls it!) for future scrapbook layouts....what'dya think, White Cardstock and a few flowers should do the trick eh? LOL

Here is my basement scrap space, just around that corner on the right is my computer space

My soft lilac bedroom that is soooo relaxing....


I had to use the flash here, so the lime isn't "Quite" that zingy...but its not far off...notice the Buffy and Spike Statues...I'm like a 13year old with a paycheck hahaha

Sofa covers=5 cats...nuff said


FYI, I never eat at the table.....but Brontë and Seymour put it to good use!

So there you have it.....Now my scrapbook pages make a bit more sense to those who don't know me tee hee

Creative Scrappers Sketch #60 Reveal

Here is my take on the latest Creative Scrappers Sketch #60...again with the Sassafras! tee hee I just can't help myself lately...their beautiful and funky collections have been calling to me! A Million Little Things had a clearance sale last week, and I stocked up on even more Sassafras products (check them out, I believe they still have some older listings at amazing prices!)

I've caught a few glimpses of some of the new releases for CHA coming up next week, and so far I've only spotted a few "must haves" (my wallet is thankful!) Cosmo Cricket, Crate Paper and Pink Paislee are on my wishlist so far and I'm waiting to see what Sassafras and October Afternoon will come out with :)

Wow! Wow! Wow!

I just spotted this in Flickr and I love it! Although I know the basics in crochet, I've never really learned how to follow a pattern etc. I may have to bribe my Mom next weekend to give me lessons, this is just stunning!

The Zoolander Pose

This is one of my favorite photos of Payman and Rohan....I think R was about 3months old ;) The Sassafras Jungle Bungle just seemed to go well with this funny photo!

I'm on a Sassafras kick these days, I just can't seem to get enough :)
